Project Engineer/Designer

Terriva Ltd has a vacancy for a Project Engineer/Designer. The equipment supplied by Terriva is used primarily in the pharmaceutical industry but ut us also used in other hygiene conscious industries such as the food and cosmetic industries. Most of the products supplied by Terriva are 'one-offs' that are designed to suit the exact requirements of the customer.

This role will involve designing new products as well as updating and modifying existing product designs. The role will also involve managing the build and documentation of the equipment.

Essential Skills:

 
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent)

 
  • The candidate must be familiar with AutoCAD and SolidWorks

 
  • Excellent communications skills
 

 

  
The following skills are also desirable but not essential:
 

 
  • Experience of pharmaceutical validation procedures including Design Qualifications, Installation Qualifications, Operational Qualifications. Experience of GAMP4 guidelines.
 

 
  • Basic understanding of engineering equipment in the pharmaceutical industry
 

 
  • Experience of Microsoft Project.
